I have the same problem, my account has been hacked and coins stolen from another ip to other wallets, this exchange is not secure and support not responding, i lost usde and BTC, never again trade on this f*ng suspicius exchange, they had hacked and they dont want to admin it.
Know the facts:1. our system is audited and there is no remote access to the database in any way.
2. your account's security is your responsibility: the only way to access your account is by knowing the password
3. we will never refund anyone who has been "hacked" by another person knowing the password
4. you have the right to go to the police or other authorities if you think they can do anything to help you. We can provide access logs.
5. we are a little overloaded on support since the transaction malleability issue got widespread
6. its not really nice to blame us for having multi-channel support that is faster and more efficent than the majority.
