Although I can't vouch for Europe but my country can do more worst things than just fixing of match, this fixed matches has been seen and heard among big countries and continents, so, that of Europe will not be excepted from the scandals I think. I don't know what will be their gains after fixing matches and made gamblers Loose their funds, is somehow evil to the match fixers.
