How to understand this? By your roadmap official exchange launch in Q4 2019 (so in October - December this year). How do you can offer discount for trading if trading will be not available in September, as your exchange is not launched yet
I have checked this exchange and actually this exchange does not have many special things and it can be said that it will be very difficult to succeed in the near future because this exchange is very popular in the crypto market.
