If I try to download the Windows SEA from http[Suspicious link removed] I get a 404 error.
Edit: same result trying to download the 7zip version.
Write in your browser "
http://download.mooncoin.info/" and then select a desired download.
That's what I did. I still get a 404 when I try to download either version.
Perhaps you have a problem with your browser or network, try a different browser, I have everything working perfectly. If you want - I'll post a link to you from my Dropbox
