Does anyone know of any alternative ways to contact support?
The chat is the best place to contact them and they will connect you to the team, but you need at least 0.01 to your Yobit balance to be able to use the chat, you can also contact them if you have that amount, it's very hard to contact Yobit, you can get an answer on their telegram channel but they cannot give you a definite answer.
Obviously they are not going to respond anything for the signature campaign rewards and chat box mostly replied by bots so don't risk more money to get reply from them.
