I think people will ask if they are not yet 100% convinced about about it. The fact they are asking about the right time to invest means they are still doubting or they are not yet ready to let go of their money. Asking this question is just an alibi not to buy yet. A determined person will not even ask in my opinion.
Yes, mostly asking these questions are having a doubt about bitcoin or other top coins in the market. They are not mostly known it that's why they still asking it on which we should advice them to study it well and not depend on the speculation of others. We can't possibly see this question once all of the people are become knowledgeable in the market.
