Meayweather knows how to promote a fight really well, he knows that people wanted to see the fight between Manny Pacquiao and now what he will do is to create a fan interest so that everyone will wait for the fight to announce and then he will come out of retirement and fight yet another biggest pay per view fight that will break all records and make a quarter of a billion dollars in half hour time. He is brilliant in his approach to fight as well as to make money.
I totally agree with you, Mayweather is not only a genius in boxing, he's also a genius in marketing, so I disagree with people like pereira4 saying he needs some employees to write his speeches. This guy is obviously talented for that, some people are both good in sport and in intellectual matters, it's unfair for normal people but life is unfair  Undecided
Life is always been unfair so we should really be get used to it.You are actually correct this man is pretty clever and brilliant not only on boxing itself but also on how
to generate money on the way he'd liked to.

Regarding on the fight we wont see for it to happen.Mayweather does know on pacmans capability and he would tend to retire without having any defeat or flawless record for sure.
