Yeah, the reason will be.. "that someone else made money but now I'm stuck with worthless coin".
The old GPU based btc hash farms are going to pounce on every new alt currency possible. They are going to do the pump and dump over and over again until the coin isn't worth mining.
It's nice this coin has factored out ASICs but until a way can be figured out to exclude these huge hash farms and data centers no alt currency is going to go very far. There's no early decentralization that is key to growth and launching without a premine is not enough.
If you're still holding on to this coin in 2 to 3 months you'll know the reason why... because you didn't listen and you didn't learn.

BTC did have early decentralization. LTC had it for awhile.
Now it's just pump and dump for every new alt currency until a solid decentralization can again be programmed in to account for all the abilities to centralize a coin.
Read it over a few times... that helps some people.
