What do you have (e.g western union, paypal, bank transfer) for buying such amount? Why don't you use stablish exchange such coinbase instead?
If you're actually serious for takin such actions, make sure you use escrow to secure your transactions.

But the thing is I don't feel someone here will sell their coins for such amount and not for this time.
