Yeah, but served his penalty during pit stop. There was message that he may get another penalty because he was going too slow during safety car period. But he was slow because he had accident and and had to make pit stop. There was no reason to punish him in this case.
It seems reasonable but role should always be followed but in this case to be fair this should need an investigation, because the their always an exception of the rule.
