There is no risk if you won the lottery. There should be no issue in claiming the lottery. The real issue is that if you do not win the lottery all your invested funds will be lost. That's the only reason i do not invest in lottery as it is too risky.
Yes, you are right. There is no risk if we win the lottery, but maybe the risk is you can lose your money in anytime. You can claim the money in every time you win, but I don't think that will be easy to win the lottery because the game was base on the luck.
