According to what is shown on PBET official website, the first round of the IEO should have ended on July 24th. But on the first page, it is said that IEO is live. Also, the "Buy now" is now working.
interestingly, they were still able to start selling tokens on exchanges and how much they managed to attract over these days. I think investors should be quite active.
