According to the pools blocks are coming every 85 seconds (should be 30 seconds). So IMHO diff is wrong.
Yes for the pool, but I'm more thinking about a botnet or something like this mining outside pools...

If those blocks make it to the regular chain, shouldn't the pools show a far less avg. time per block statistics? And a higher net hashrate? I'm confused.
