Hi,
I'm looking for some coins in the top 30 on coinmarket cap to trade medium term.
Three coins I know very little about, but have been around for some time are; Dash, ETC and Zcash
I never hear anyone talking about Dash or ETC, I even read someone saying ETC was a dead project?. I know Zcash is considered one of the better privacy coins - But privacy coins have not been doing very well lately.
Do you see these coins rising in value against BTC in the next 6 months or so? I know there are safer bets, mainly ones in the top 10.

If you do not see people taking about them that much, then you should understand that the team are not doing enough then to promote the project and any project with team that are not active is just like a dead project to me already, I think that you need to look for more active coins to trade like BTC , ETH, BNB, EOS, XLM, and many more coins in the market with great communities that are behind them.
Some of these coins that you mentioned, the only time that you can really get much increase from them is when the altcoins season starts, then because they are still alive, investors may still look at them, because their developers will also tend to want to be more active during that season, so these projects are only good to hold for long term and I would not advise them for short term.
