I do understand the frustration here, I am sure other members who are even better for the "community as a whole" were not half as lucky as hacker1001101001 was , but this frustration comes from overexpectations, you think this form is managed by some sort of God who is always consistent with his actions but that is not the case here.
Apparently the ban related stuff are now controlled by more than one person, a global mod has already explained this thing to you in your topic, but you refuse to understand.
Global mods were given the ability to ban signatures only yesterday. Do you think we can get through all the appeals in one day? Be patient.
so long story short : Yes hacker1001101001 was luckier than 90% of all other banned-members, but this does not mean his arguments are invalid, also there is no point repeating the same shit you started a whole thread for here.
Now back to the subject, OP where are the "Personal threats"

philipma1957 and I always write a lot in the same topics ,it's because we share the same interest, it does not mean we are alts, it's normal for a group of people to always post in the same topic/s-- this theory is plain stupid.

I checked Smart Man's profile, all I found was your negative feedback, along with some other random user's feedback, if he was a serial scammer wouldn't he have a type 1 flag or at least a negative from DT member? I do not understand the logic behind this accusation.
The only semi-valid thing would be the ETH address, but if you are expecting any action from DT members you should really consider focusing on one thing, but in this topic you are.
1-Accusing sergey1980 for threatening you.
2-Accusing wx34scx ,sergey1980 and markiz73 for being the same person.
3-Accusing Smart Man for being a serial scammer.
all three points have little to no evidence, the way this seems to me is that you THINK Smart Man is a scammer, sergey1980 reffered to him as "Reputable" in an attempt to help markiz73's ban appeal , you pointed that out and told him that was "nonsense" , he Pm'ed you , pissed you off and now you are mad at everyone sergey1980 likes.
