I believe the survey used purposive sampling, which biased towards Luno's interest.


PS: I'm Indonesian and kindly ignore my fellow shitposters who said it is true.
And yet I prefer to use only trusted sources, and not just those that are in the ranking.  Someone should be seen in that shows good results and only in this way can we talk about its legitimacy.
