i test the android wallet  6 month ago
and yes i was also disapoited   that wallet was buggy

it never show up the full balance , and when i move the coins out  i had to do it 4 times
resync the wallet and send some coins what show up and repeat till i was able to get all the coins out the wallet

so i hope future mobile wallet will work better


and the windows qt wallet  works fine but i think it use a bit to much memory  (2.4gb)  others good wallets  use less than 1gb, bitcoin qt for example use less than 200mb


and for
also make sure that it's in your wallet, because also possible you accidentally send it somewhere else
so check your balance in the explorer
