When you first order the card, our partner must issue and print your card. This can take a couple of days. This is when the status in the app says "Issuing your card".
The status of the app will change to "On it's way" once the card has shipped, This is the time you begin to count down the days to delivery.

Keep in mind that with shipping, it is done is business days, as postal services do not run on certain days.

Standard International shipping for anything can take up to a month.

Express shipping is 2 to 3 days after the status in the app has changed from "Issuing your card" to "On it's way".

Each card requested must be processed, issued, printed and shipped by our partner. Whenever you ship something internationally, it has to be inspected and passed by customs. It also must be processed and sent from DHL to being processed and sent by Fed Ex, then being processed and sent by your local post office. A typical wait time from any package being shipped from Asia, even with Amazon, is typically around a month. Delays in Customs is also a possibility, for any number of reasons. It is not as simple as sending a letter to a friend or family member a few states away. However, the actual time of arrival varies depending on the destination and other factors such as customs delays and whether or not the recipient lives in a rural area.
