I really dont think that we have "bad days", it is only period of time, part of life of currency, i think some altcoins will rise, and BTC will rise too
If all markets are red, it is a bad day, a week for crypto traders. Everyone buys cheap, price drops, it becomes a bad day. Otherwise, I don't know your diagnosis for a bad day. BTC price recovers but altcoins are in the red zone since 2017 all time high prices. Traders can't sell, they wait for the full market recovery one day. Hope price recovery will start sooner.
