Although I was not able to win from what I got from rains and tips, I still enjoyed it. The looks of the site is cool well design and not boring. I think it's absolutely fair. I almost won and payout some from 10 doge on rain.
Rains reward are random, I've got included with it before and felt happy with that. You just have to become active in the chat box but don't spam at all.
About the tipping, if someone is generous enough he'll tip you off.
