If I read correctly you're building a website for donating to "hi-tech" startups, right?

In some parts of the write-up you call it donations, in other parts you mention that the investors may get returns. I think donations and investments are entirely different. If I'm going to be making returns then you should simply come plain.

FYI, in order to get investors, you'd have to pitch to angels or/and VCs with much more information.
