Future is always unpredictable and so is bitcoin, there is no certainty that the market won't fall in the next couple years (hope not, but you never know).

Pledging your land and property just to buy btc is one of the craziest ideas i've ever heard of. Right now the real estate market is much more stable than cryptocurrency market.
