In my opinion ethereum has no competitors, all the same, most of the new projects are being held on their platform, games and much more are developing. I do not think that the next year someone can press it!
Positively yes, I believe ethereum will rise again like last 2017, wait for the bitcoin bull run we will see also ethereum get baxk into last all price hike. Tron is also a good platform and have potential to give an opportunity to get earn as traded alt.
