You have to see it in the spreadsheet in the Tier C section, the pay rating for members is greater than Sr. member and above.
Oops, I checked and saw it. Maybe @Hhampuz misentered new payment rates for ranks. Incorrect data enter in descending/ ascending orders. He will fix it soon, when he see our posts. Don't worry.
