I have never invested in the presale of any ICO. Previously when I invested in ICO, I always studied their projects, what I believe most is the idea, team of the project and their advisers.
yes what you say is true that before choosing a project or investing in an ico project, it is better to first examine the overall contents of the project you want to follow. both from the experience of the previous team, what products they launched, and how many partners joined them. yes actually this is not a complete guarantee but at least you can avoid fraudulent projects.
