A private US dollar stablecoin backed by a decentralized note issuance and redemption system. Users holding Equilibria (XEQ), an on-chain asset with elastic supply, can issue Equilibria Dollars (USDE) - a stablecoin worth $1 US dollar.
USDE notes can always be redeemed for their full US dollar value as XEQ according to market rates.  This exchange rate is overseen by ‘oracle nodes’ which aggregate multi-layered price data, write it into the blockchain,
and approve issuance and redemption.  The adaptive oracle conversion rates for USDE will be determined during public beta testing planned for Summer / Fall 2019.

Equilibria is a rebrand of Triton (XTRI), a proof of work coin launched in 2018.
