They just changed their FAQ again. This just confirms that they don't know what to do.

Now, they inserted a new sentence which is the opposite of the one they had when this all started:

On https://support.therocktrading.com/kb/faq.php?id=27 it said:
“Verification is not mandatory, but in order to deposit/withdraw fiat currencies you will need it”

They removed this about three months ago, last May.

Now, a few days ago, they inserted this:
"If your account is unverified you will not be able to trade, deposit or withdraw cryptocurrencies and/or euro."

They also promoted an irrelevant note that they like to quote from note to main text.

Of course, the new text is irrelevant to my case, as was adopted after the facts.

To all unverified Rock Trading customers: it's open season on you at the Rock Trading!

They just announced on their FAQ that they claim the right to block your account and blackmail you to send your personal documents under threat of keeping your money! If you are an unverified customer you can't do anything, not even withdraw your cryptocoins!


Of course, this is completely illegal. But they clearly are doing this on their own, without consulting any lawyer. I'm not going to save them money and explain why what they are doing will finally doom the Rock Trading.
