I think you already got your answer but I want to say personally that Bittrex is a crypto currency exchange which has its own reputation and there are many big treader also belongs there. If you look an eye on volume you will be determined about the daily transaction of that. It is well known to all already. So I believe in their features which they made for users purpose and IEO is one of them
