Its clear that you are tending to withdraw an amount which is higher with your current balance.Try to adjust it up deducting also that network fee.Just have a time to read up instructions for it to go through.
I tried to withdraw the minimum amount, but nothing positive came out of it. constantly gives the same error.

https://imgur.com/16qvhVyYou have 13k satoshi on your balance and you tried to withdraw 10k satoshi but failed because the system says that you try to withdraw higher amount than your balance so I guess there must be something wrong with the withdrawal system. You can try to contact the site's representative about this issue or you can use the contact support available on the site, I don't think the site will scam you for that small amount of money.
I just checked the site again, it seems that the faucet is gone. Previously I could find the faucet under the Account tab but now it is missing, is it moved to other place or it is indeed being removed for a reason?
