You don't loss anything man if you don't panic, the way state in your thread seems like you panic, where is that faith?
We invest here because we believe,  and to tell you, pump and dump is normal as that's how volatility works.

I have good news though, BTC is no the run now, back to $10K over, price now is $10400 and I'm sure it will keep rising which would give you a chance to sell.
