Sorry about this, and thank you for reporting.
For the moment, for your GTX 1080 Ti GPUs, you need to specify the mode manually. Also, your personalisation string does not look correct (do you want to mine AION?), maybe it is better to specify it manually. Could you paste here your command line?
You can add to your command line
--mode=x --mode2=2 --pers=AION0PoW, where
x=0,1,2,3,6,7,9. Try different x values to see which gives the best hashrate. (
--mode2=2 makes your GPU#2 (GTX 1080) mining in mode 2)
Let us know if this worked. If you can please let us know which x value performed best.
