I have seen this on websites like medium.com. Worse is taht not only binance but also kraken and bittrex Grin

I don't think Facebook will allow other exchanges to exist if they become most successful in the cryptocurrency market they will create all the the trading platform on their website itself and make the people to convert them into their labra token but the reality of happening is not anyway near to us.
