I would say this is a new era of ICOs that are "simply too good to fail because it is backed by a big exchange!" One can say that experts are capable of finding scams and shady projects, this, however, can not make it successful alone. Sure, their ROI is massive, but for how long? Therefore, I second questioning them. Legitimacy should not be a problem anymore, but it is just a part of a whole "find a unicorn" race.
