IMHO in the decentralized permissionless currency space, there is nothing wrong with taking the Libra name first. Just because Facebook and its corporate conglomerates chose that name but can't get their centralized pseudocurrency passed by US government, as it competes with the fiat banking system... doesn't mean a FOSS can't capitalize on the social attention Facebook built but couldn't back.
It will be obvious to anyone that this Libra isn't Facebook's Libra. But it drives home a certain point.
I'm personally mining this as a f**k you to FB.

I suggest you changing a name or most people will think this is scam....
Libra Cash, Libragold.... there are many alt coins for bitcoin but always with different names!
