When Bitterex start their KYC for their website my account was blocked too. If you really face that kinda problem contact with them via mail. they will tell you what kinda info need for that.
Bittrex needs to ensure their customers' safety and this is necessary in a large exchange like Bittrex because the US government now has a very strict policy of managing crypto. I think it won't be a problem if you provide real KYC information and I have encountered the same situation as you, so nothing will happen and don't worry too much about this issue.
