The charts as of the moment are mostly green but take a look at Bitcoin Cash's. It is in red. I have never been a follower of Bitcoin Cash. In terms of altcoin support, mine is always directed to Ethereum more than any others. And overall, I still give credit to Ethereum for having innovated a lot as compared to Bitcoin Cash. It is a mere fork claiming to be the original.
The price for Bitcoin Cash and Ethereum was almost the same for a long time. Everything started when the first Bitcoin Fork appeared. However, despite their costs, ETH is chosen as the most trusted and loved by many people altcoin. Bitcoin Cash is blamed in everything, even for the attempts to steal the real honest name of Bitcoin (the fork's father).
