Yep you are correct and afaik you would receive 1 ilc for every 10 level you've passed. So if my computation was right we would get 1/10 ilc per level passed.

About the cap though, other than what was mentioned earlier (that it's probably "1 ILC for every 10 levels or 1/10 ILC per level"), unless the game already has a fixed number of levels only to complete (regarding when the game will surely end), I don't believe that there will be a total cap concerning how the total limit of how much ILCoin you can get while playing the game.

Otherwise, there'll be no incentive for gamers to continue playing "The Age of ILCoin."
