But why they dont refresh my matches and i sell the ticket because it was correct till halftime i find this not very fair im longtime member there

Every other sportsbook will give me my money and refresh odds imeditally

Then use any other casino, they are explicitly telling you the cash out option is a favor and they cannot guarantee that the feature will be 100% available. You are also very likely just a troll or someone controlled by game-protect but probably just a mentally ill troll (gambling addict as well most likely)

Most fiat bookies suspend the cash out option for periods during a game. All of them do in or near to injury time.

Ive tried to cash out using fiat bookies before & been too late. They suspend all bets when theres a yellow card or free kick or penalty too. Its normal!
