Care to share some links regarding where you've heard about this (that "it's so easy to earn micro-ILC by just passing any levels of the game starting from level 1")?

Games are usually the easiest to play at the start, of course. But if it doesn't get a bit difficult or challenging later, I don't see the benefit of breezing through any game without any real difficulty or challenge, just so you could easily rack up some ILC.
