It makes sense to reelase android version first, as android is most popular platform so you cover most people with it.But to spred on NA market where apple still has dominance iOS version will be needed
That's true, if you have to choose between iOS or Android, based on the total number of mobile users available that's on one specific platform.I agree with both of your sentiments regarding why Android was chosen first, rather than iOS, if only one platform can be supported and developed initially by ILCoin.
Mind you, iOS users are more inclined to purchase or spend more than Android users, when it comes to in-app purchases.
So definitely, ILCoin should take note of this market research fact, to take advantage and not to miss this user based device demographic too!

But I beg to differ re: the quality of users using either platform instead, since iOS users are more inclined to do in-app purchases more than Android users (and this is a very huge factor not to consider)!
Quality (is better overall), not just the quantity (in the short term) of the target market, is very important. And this point gets overlooked more often than not.. whenever the quality vs quantity argument arises.
