A buy-back would be a really good move from EXScudo team but I doubt they have any funds left in order to initiate that.
I also agreed with you there is big question mark how it will happen and big possibility they have no funds left. If they will make honest efforts than they could bring good volume on this exchange if they will make this user friendly.
They did a really poor job when it came to the marketing of the platform because of that I doubt anyone has even heard of EXCSUDO (apart from the people who invested or participated in the bounty)
Exscudo have a real good idea and roadmap to that goals. Channels good one. My thumb is up.
