I know nothing about Libra, but SEMUX is a unique project because they created their codebase from scratch. And they are using java as their base. And 2 years is not too long for crypto because Bitcoin itself has been here for almost 10 years.

And? Java is old well know language. They didnt invented Java as like as this made Vitalik and Gavin Wood (Solidity for Ethereum).
