Hello.

I beg you to help me, because I am having network problems callisto. I sent coins from my balance to cold storage and withdrew the reward about once a month. All was good. Some time ago I noticed that the money went to cold storage, but I didn’t receive it back already and in the column “balance rate” my deposit is also not displayed. The timeline stopped flowing, and only a small part of the funds that I took as rewards remained on the balance sheet.
Here is the address of my last transaction: 0x7005e3e4cb069cf1564f17bde1effd4fa9033bda1f1b5fbc70dfbbf91ce20e59.
Tell me what should I do? How to return funds that were supposed to be in cold storage, but for some reason went to my wallet 0xd813419749b3c2cdc94a2f9cfcf154113264a9d6 and never returned?

Please help. Thank.

Hi Rekkom!

I checked your wallet and you called your reward at the end of each staking period.

You can use https://blockscout.com to see internal transactions and coin balances Smiley

Perhaps you misunderstood the "withdraw" and "claim" functions??

At the end of a staking period, you have 2 possibilities:

1 - Use the "Withdraw" function, you will get your reward + your staking balance ( deposit + previous rewards)

2- Use the "Claim" function, you will get your reward but your staking balance will remain frozen in the staking contract till the end of the next round.
