That's not really a circle, it's more of a web: the sum of all unique users you've Merited or who have Merited you. I didn't know OgNasty holds the record of meriting most unique users.
It would be a statistic used for refutations when talking about "merit cycling". Unless we have scores upon scores of accounts in the DT bike club Smiley
