As for the difference in pricing for Australia shipping: I suspect we used different destinations when estimating the pricing - I think I used Melbourne Airport as the destination for my estimates.
Changing to Melbourne Airport (from Toronto Pearson) gives the same pricing, except with
two day delivery instead of 3. Are you using normal NetParcel or NetParcel via PayPal? The PayPal route gives better shipping rates.
