In 2017 ending i join a private bounty through my Twitter account after receiving and email from the developer to help in promoting his projects on Twitter. I was handsomely rewarded with good tokens that I convert to bitcoin early last year. I have see and know that such bounties exist and it is not only on this forum that we can participate in a bounty. We are having other bounty sites like bountyalert, bountyhave and bountyox that developers do meet bounty hunters.
you did not join them if you arent applying but in your case your the ones that is being invited  and how do you know if they are really the devs of those project ? how much is your twitter followers ? i have a huge base follower ( its over 8k+ , most of those people are crypto related ) however i cant seem to get any invites about promoting like you guys experienced  .  i only recieved some message on twitter and on email but all of them are obviously scam   .  better if we are the ones that will going to apply not accepting those stray offers from the strangers   .
You can check the messages are from official of the project or not by cross checking the address you received messages from with the official website of the project which proves the person you contacted by that project team but it is not going to prove anything over their legitimacy of the project.
