Some dice games are more difficult than others. In most of dice games you have less than 50% chances to win. But on few ones it's 50-50 winning chances (0% house edge)
dice games are verry simple and easy to play , whats do you mean is thier house edge . some dice sites have a high house edge which makes them harder to win but i dont think that there are zero ( 0) percent house edge . i see the lowest is at 0.1xxx percent
And yes, there are dice games with 0% house edge like http://coinpot.co for example, but obviously you don't know them, so I don't understand why you are posting here and quoting me except to spam for your signature?
