Define "scam".

I have seen a lot of scams in cryptoland, scammers organizing an ICO, running away with the collected funds and then disappearing in thin air.

Did SilentNotary do that? No, they didn't.

If you have proof it's a scam, please share it with us. And real proof, not just an anonymous blog showing unverifiable "facts". Providing us with that information should be easy when you read it "everywhere".
