Where did you get this news, its only a rumors mate. It is still part of the IEO or ICO program so Facebook was still in progress
for every campaign.
On March 2018 until June 2018, there was a news about facebook going to ban every crypto ads on there. The fact was they did ban all crypto ads, but in few months later they all removed the ban and only let some Cryptos advertised on there.
