Demolition man Boris should be arrested and charged with crimes relating to the scam Minex project.
So, is it maximum $0.41 what Boris can pump, or it's just because BTC also going up last two days?
I would say it is more about the assistance that Exmo provide Boris to help facilitate the pump and nothing to do with BTC price at all. Others may disagree but it is just an opinion.
